What We're Looking For:

✅ In-depth knowledge of Diagnostics, specifically in Molecular Diagnostics (PCR, RT-PCR etc.)

✅ Experience managing lab operations, teams, and quality systems (ISO 15189/NABL preferred)

✅ Strong analytical, organizational & leadership skills

✅ Minimum Qualification: M.Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences) or equivalent with atleast 3 years of working experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee molecular diagnostics lab functions

• Ensure quality, compliance & TAT targets

• Train and supervise lab staff

• Manage inventory, workflow, and documentation

• Liaise with clinical teams and ensure patient-focused outcomes
