Laboratory Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact healthcare environment focused on molecular diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the

  Diagnostic Laboratory

  , ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage, train, and supervise laboratory staff to ensure efficient and accurate workflow across all molecular biology processes.
• Supervise and troubleshoot molecular biology techniques, including

  PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, gel electrophoresis

  , and other diagnostic assays.
• Provide expert support in

  troubleshooting and interpreting molecular biology data

  , especially critical given our operations across

  multiple sites in India

  .
• Ensure timely execution, documentation, and validation of experiments, diagnostic runs, and test results.
• Maintain and manage laboratory inventory, instrumentation, and consumables, ensuring calibration and readiness at all times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, and clinical teams to support

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in molecular biology, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of lab safety practices, quality control, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in handling high-throughput equipment is a plus.
