Care implemented by Zyla spans across medical, physical and mental health needs, and powered by a complete in-house team of Doctors and experts as well as our proprietary AI engines - Athena, Lea and Iris. The care starts with a detailed health risk assessment of the population followed by personalized care journeys ranging from chronic disease management to wellness programs.
How you will make an impact:
● Resolve disputes/issues on weekends timely – Ensure quick turnaround for escalations and smooth weekend operations.
● Provider coordination – Engage with partner labs and providers to secure reports and appointment confi rmations within committed timelines.
● TAT adherence – Maintain turnaround time for report delivery and appointment scheduling as per defi ned SLAs.
● Escalation handling – Act as the fi rst point of contact for operational bottlenecks and resolve issues proactively.
● Data accuracy & tracking – Ensure all updates from providers (reports, appointments, delays) are correctly captured in system records.
● Customer impact reduction – Minimize delays or errors impacting patients by coordinating effectively between internal teams and external providers.
Skills:
● Communication & Coordination: Strong verbal and written communication for effective provider interaction.
● Problem Solving: Ability to resolve operational disputes/issues quickly and logically.
● Time Management: Prioritizing multiple tasks to meet strict turnaround times.
● Attention to Detail: Accuracy in tracking reports, appointments, and escalations.
● Negotiation Skills: Persuasive handling of providers to ensure timely responses.
● Crisis Management: Staying calm and effective during escalations or urgent issues.
