Cloud Engineer – L2 role will be responsible for managing the production environments which includes creation of new environment, making changes to the environment, incident management, change management, automation, reporting etc.

Co-ordinates with the various teams (both internal and external) for release management, change management, optimization, incident management. Responsible for deliverables as per roles and responsibilities defined to each. The individual must first understand the operations of the company at the present time, research and recommend positive changes, and manage the steps required to make the improvements.

• 16/5 Preprod and production environment management.
• Incident management – 24/7
• Ticketing System management
• Adhere to follow the process, policy and procedures.
• Effectively manage team effort and improve delivery timeline while meeting targets agreed.
• Managing the Preprod and Production environments
• Evaluation of new technologies
• Automation including IAAC, CI/CD, K8S.
• Working closely with Development, Security and IT Services teams Installing, configuring and maintaining Continuous Integration & plugins and integrating with the platform.
• Should be able to work with flexible work timings.
• Service Desk, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Level Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management (SRM) and CMDB administration.
• Process – ITIL, ISMS, ISO, GDPR, PCI
• Documentation – KB Articles, Process, Policies, procedure, RCA author
• Escalation Handling from L1 Engineers

Qualification and Skills:

• Very strong understanding on Linux based operating systems to automate various processes. (CentOS / RHEL)
• Strong Knowledge on Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins and Git repository
• Understanding and troubleshooting the Apache and PHP issues
• SSL Certificate management on Linux platform
• Centralized logging and management
• Patch Management – Update / Rollback
• Good understanding of concepts like Routing, Load Balancing, Redundancy, Disaster Recover, VPN, Firewalls, etc.
• Core infrastructure components such as DNS, LDAP, LDAP Integration, E-Mail Service.
• Application Middleware platforms such as Apache, Tomcat, IIS, NGINX, NodeJS etc.
• Databases basic knowledge including NoSQL & RDBMS (MySQL and MSSQL) is good to have.
• Knowledge on Elasticsearch, Kibana and Logstash (ELK & EFK) etc is desirable.
• Should have hands-on administration experience with public Cloud Platforms such as AWS / Azure.
• Should be able to provision, administer and troubleshoot most services on Cloud Platforms for networking, compute and storage which include provisioning and managing Cloud Managed Services such as Managed Databases, Caching Engines, and Load Balancers.
• Should have automation skills with one or more automation platforms such as Bash, Powershell, Python, Ansible, Cloud formation, and Terraform or any other industry used tool.
• Should have experience with command line or API integration with Cloud Service Provider APIs.
• Should have excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and technical teams including software development groups.
• Experience in building, testing, and deploying applications in cloud-based platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
