Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a Support Engineer (L1/L2) with strong skills in SQL and AWS to provide technical support for applications and systems. This role will work during US business hours up to 2:00 PM EST and will be responsible for handling incidents, resolving user issues, and escalating as needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for production systems and applications. Monitor system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and resolve data-related issues. Support AWS-based services and infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch). Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Document resolutions and update knowledge base articles. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident response guidelines. Required Skills: 2–4 years of experience in application or production support. Proficiency in SQL – writing queries, joins, data validations, and debugging. Experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM. Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira , or equivalent. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to work US hours until 2 PM EST .
