Job Description Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for POS systems (both hardware and software). Perform manual and automated testing of POS applications, payment terminals, printers, scanners, and other related peripherals. Validate the integration between POS systems and backend systems, such as inventory, pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for both in-store and online order processes. Collaborate effectively with development and business teams to reproduce and isolate any issues that arise. Log and manage defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Azure DevOps. Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation during POS rollouts or upgrades. Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. **Required Skills:** 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, with direct experience in testing POS systems. A strong understanding of retail transaction flows, payment processing (EMV, NFC), and associated peripherals. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM). A good understanding of SQL for performing backend validation. Experience with API testing (e.g., using Postman) is considered a plus. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
