KYC Manager

Role Overview: As an IB HRR KYC Manager IC at our company based in Noida, you will play a crucial role in client service and operational execution tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to control risk and enhance controls within your job scope in alignment with rules and regulations. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in the following key areas: Key Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of training new joiners on processes until accreditation is achieved. - Resolving process queries within 24 hours and escalating to onshore if necessary. - Identifying process gaps and implementing strategic fixes, including conducting refresher or remedial training based on error analysis. - Participating in regular calls with onshore SMEs to ensure clear process communication. - Collaborating with team managers to manage escalations from RD/Outreach/Client and implementing controls to prevent future occurrences. - Conducting Quarterly PKT sessions. - Liaising with the P&P team to ensure timely updates on process changes. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role within KYC or Compliance. - Strong understanding of KYC processes and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
