Job Description

A KPI Manager is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational performance and strategic goals by developing performance reporting, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring data integrity. Key duties include creating performance dashboards, analyzing trends to identify underperformance, recommending solutions, developing training materials for staff, and collaborating with management to ensure organizational targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • KPI Development & Implementation: Establish and refine Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to align with organizational strategic goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports and dashboards to track progress against established KPIs for various stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes of underperformance, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement action plans and strategies to improve performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other teams to ensure alignment on performance standards, provide data-driven insights, and communicate performance concerns.
  • Data Integrity & System Management: Ensure the integrity of performance data and select appropriate systems for recording and reporting measures.
  • Training & Culture Development: Develop and deliver training materials and foster a culture of high performance and accountability within the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and make informed recommendations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to connect KPIs to the organization's strategic goals and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to present performance data and insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with software and systems for data recording, reporting, and analysis.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage challenging situations effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in data analysis, reporting, and KPI validation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
