Job Title: Knowledge Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly structured, detail-oriented Knowledge Manager

guardian of our knowledge architecture

Key Responsibilities

1. Knowledge Architecture & Taxonomy

• Build and maintain a

  structured taxonomy

  for all AI-related knowledge assets, including frameworks, use cases, workshop modules, templates, research, and product documentation.
• Establish cross-linkages between related assets to enable seamless navigation across concepts.

2. Metadata, Standards & Governance

• Ensure every knowledge asset follows consistent

  metadata standards

  (tags, versions, ownership, cross-links).
• Implement organization-wide writing, formatting, and visual standards across all documents.
• Maintain a unified language style for frameworks, definitions, and templates used in workshops and product materials.

3. Content Quality Control

• Review documents created by team members to ensure accuracy, alignment to standards, and readiness for internal or client use.
• Rewrite, edit, or reformat content where needed to maintain clarity, consistency, and quality.
• Identify gaps, redundancies, outdated content, and propose improvements.

4. Version Control & Release Management

• Implement and maintain

  versioning workflows

  across all knowledge assets.
• Maintain detailed

  release notes

  documenting what changed, why, and when.
• Ensure teams always access the latest approved version of every asset.

5. Research & Intelligence Scanning

• Continuously track global AI trends, frameworks, maturity models, and case studies from leading institutions.
• Convert emerging insights into structured, actionable updates for internal frameworks, workshops, and product documentation.
• Proactively identify areas where new knowledge assets should be created.

6. Knowledge Base Management

• Maintain the central knowledge system as the

  single source of truth

• Ensure all assets are easy to search, intuitively organized, fully tagged, and consistently cross-referenced.
• Work with teams to ensure proper knowledge contribution practices are followed.

7. Collaboration & Enablement

• Partner with workshop teams, product teams, research teams, and leadership to gather inputs and convert them into refined knowledge assets.
• Guide team members on documentation standards and best practices.
• Lead periodic reviews with stakeholders to align on updates and improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of

  AI concepts, frameworks, use cases

  , and enterprise transformation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and structuring skills.
• Ability to design and maintain taxonomies, metadata systems, and knowledge architectures.
• Experience with knowledge management tools (Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar).
• High attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving AI-driven environment.

Preferred Background

• A background in Business communications or business/Tech Journalism is preferred, complemented by experience in consulting, research, content strategy, or knowledge management.
• Experience working with frameworks, playbooks, or enterprise documentation.
• Exposure to AI strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise learning programs is a plus.
