Knowledge Management Specialist

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Location: PAN INDIA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30Days

Shift constraint : 6 AM to 3 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM

Bachelor's degree in information science, computer science, or a related field
Proven experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in using knowledge management tools and technologies
Familiarity with best practices in knowledge capture, storage, and dissemination
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in knowledge management

Goals For Role

Design and maintain user-friendly knowledge management systems and databases that facilitate efficient access and retrieval of information.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify, document, and share their expertise, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Provide training and support to employees on the use of knowledge management tools and best practices, empowering the workforce to leverage the organization's collective knowledge.
