Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive Email/Chat (Work from Office)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless support
  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in email/chat customer support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple queries efficiently

Shift Timings:

  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
  • 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
    (1 rotational week off)

Salary:

  • 18,000 20,000 in-hand per month
  • Up to 24,500 CTC
