Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role within the Infosys consulting team will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client delight. You will have the opportunity to develop proposals, plan and configure products, conduct demonstrations, and actively lead small projects to provide high-quality solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Own parts of proposal documents and provide inputs in solution design based on expertise - Plan activities of configuration, configure products, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design - Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligning with customer budgetary requirements - Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives Qualification Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse modules such as Supply Planning, Forecasting, Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute-Based Planning, and Sales Operations Planning - In-depth knowledge of seeded resources like worksheets, alerts, metrics, scorecards, etc. - Knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems through Data Warehouses for Inbound and Outbound Interfaces - Kinaxis RapidResponse Author certification is necessary; Contributor Certification is an added advantage - Ability to develop value-creating strategies, good knowledge of software configuration management systems, awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration ability, understanding of financial processes for projects, pricing models, technology solutions, industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, project, and team management capabilities Additional Details: The company emphasizes the importance of developing strategies that drive innovation, growth, and profitability for clients.
