1. Business Development
Drive life insurance sales through bank branches assigned in the region.
Generate leads from bank walk-in customers, fixed deposit holders, and existing bank customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets (premium & policy count).
2. Relationship Management
Build strong working relationships with Branch Managers, bank staff, and key stakeholders.
Train, motivate, and support bank employees to generate insurance business.
Conduct regular branch visits, joint calls & customer meetings with bank staff.
3. Customer Engagement
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
Provide end-to-end support: product explanation, premium illustration, documentation, and policy issuance.
Ensure superior customer service and timely redressal of queries.
4. Sales Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to ICICI Prudential processes and IRDAI regulations.
Ensure accurate documentation and 100% compliance in proposal forms and KYC.
Maintain strong funnel management and update lead status in CRM tools.
5. Training & Activity Planning
Conduct product training sessions for bank employees.
Plan and execute branch activation activities to increase business penetration.
Share regular MIS, sales reports, and performance updates with managers.
