Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Accounts Manager to drive business growth, manage key partnerships, and ensure exceptional service delivery for our plush brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with major retail partners, e-commerce platforms, quick commerce channels (such as Blinkit, Zepto), and distributors while achieving sales targets and brand visibility goals. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce partners, ensuring consistent engagement and business growth. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Negotiations & Contracts: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and trade terms to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely deliveries, especially for quick commerce platforms. Brand Positioning: Work closely with marketing to ensure the plush brand is well-positioned and promoted effectively within key accounts and quick commerce platforms. Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
