About the Role We are looking for a creative and talented Static & Motion Graphic Designer to join our award winning brand team at Plush. The ideal candidate will have expertise in motion graphics, as well as static design work, and will play a key role in creating visually engaging content across multiple platforms. If you're passionate about storytelling through design, have a strong eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities : Design and create engaging static and motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, ads, 3rd party ecommerce platforms, offline stores etcetera. Develop static visuals, photo manipulation, etc for campaigns, including banners, posters, and other branded assets. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, creative visuals that align with the brand identity. Work with editing tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator . Ensure all designs and animations are on-brand, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. Stay updated with current design trends and motion graphics techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the team. Optimize and prepare assets for various formats and platforms, ensuring they are web- and mobile-friendly. Edit short and long-form videos with advanced understanding of sound effects, special effects and color grading sense. Required Skills & Qualifications : 2-3 years of experience in working with Adobe Suite like Photoshop , Illustrator, AfterEffects or similar tools . Proficiency in static graphics as well as motion graphics. Knowledge of video editing software (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro ). Ability to think of creative concepts and edit high-quality visual content. A strong portfolio showcasing their work. Ability to work with constructive feedback from team members. Attention to detail with a strong understanding of design principles. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Experience with designing for social media and meta ads.
