About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Motion Designer with strong expertise in video editing, compositing, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in motion graphics, cinematography, and post-production, with hands-on experience creating engaging content for brands, events, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital media, advertisements, and social campaigns.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video outputs with a focus on narrative flow and pacing.
• Perform color correction, rotoscoping, green screen keying, and audio synchronization to ensure professional-quality visuals.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and content teams to deliver visually appealing and brand-consistent outputs.
• Manage camera setup, lighting, and composition during video shoots when required.
• Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) ensuring proper formatting and metadata.
• Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques to continually elevate creative standards.

Required Skills

• Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut
• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Compositing & VFX: Rotoscoping, color grading, transitions, and particle effects
• Camera & Lighting: Hands-on experience in cinematography and visual storytelling
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with creative teams to meet deadlines and maintain consistency

Preferred Experience

• Experience in live projects and music events, working with artists or entertainment brands.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and animation principles.
• Exposure to tools like GeoLayers for animation or compositing projects.
• Experience in YouTube content creation, short-form videos, and podcast editing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts, Animation, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Professional training in Compositing or Motion Graphics from a reputed institute such as MAAC or equivalent.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
