Job Description

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for cloud labs and exam vouchers.
    • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients to expand market reach.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
    • Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud technologies and certification programs.
    • Provide training and product demonstrations to clients and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of cloud labs and exam voucher offerings.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback from clients and contribute to the enhancement of existing products or the development of new offerings.
  • Vendor and Partner Management:

    • Manage relationships with OEMs and other vendors to negotiate favorable terms for cloud labs and exam vouchers.
    • Coordinate with partners to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
    • Track sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
    • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, certification processes, and related products.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Prior experience in vendor or partner management is a plus.
