Job Description

Role Summary

A high-performing, experienced oncology professional with a proven track record of mentoring peers and driving results across regions. This role involves consistent performance, knowledge-sharing, and introducing best practices. The individual will play a critical role in shaping local sales strategies while influencing broader regional impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete all required training programs, including product certification assessments.
  • Engage oncology healthcare professionals in scientific discussions on approved indications, efficacy, and safety profiles to support appropriate on-label use.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a territory-specific business plan aimed at achieving or exceeding sales and call targets.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure targets and budget forecasts are consistently met or exceeded for the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of the local market, customer demographics, competitive landscape, and healthcare access dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, particularly in interactions with healthcare professionals and distribution of promotional materials and samples.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelors degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Oncology sales

Desirable:

  • Experience working with multinational pharmaceutical companies (MNCs)
  • Currently managing or experienced with GUGYN (Gynecologic and Urologic Oncology) portfolio
