Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Achieving set Annual Sales Target
  • Receivables and zero Outstanding from OEM Customers
  • Retain existing customers and introduce new customers
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index over 90%
  • Market Intelligence and lead generation for NPD
  • OEM Sales, experience in handling business of OEMs of commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles & EVs.

KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED

  • Create annual sales plan and prepare an execution strategy for achievement of sales plan
  • Getting new RFQ from existing OEM customers
  • Prepare Commercial Proposal, presentations for Customer Requirements
  • Manage Delivery Schedules of Customer OEMs, ensuring 100% delivery performance
  • Contribute for price finalization with the management
  • Plan customer visits frequently for new business generation
  • Increase business share with every customer year on year
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Resolve customer rejections with the help of Quality & Production teams & ensure 0 PPM
  • Weekly MIS submission to Management

Education

UG:

B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical, Mechanical

PG:

MBA or PGDM in Marketing or any other related fields
