Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion. Own and lead the team in closing high-value deals. Build, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers. Optimize sales processes using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention. Analyze market trends, pipeline health, and sales forecasts to refine strategies. Who You Are 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in team leadership . Proven track record in enterprise sales, demand generation, and market expansion . Strong experience in Ed-Tech, SaaS, or IT training industry (preferred). Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and forecasting . Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills .
