Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Development Representatives (CDRs) to achieve campaign goals and maintain high performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance productivity and skill development.
  • Drive team accountability and ensure adherence to established workflows.

2. Campaign Oversight:

  • Supervise call campaigns for Inside Sales and ABM teams, ensuring a

    15-20% contact rate

    on each campaign.
  • Oversee daily campaign progress through dashboards and share detailed audit reports with stakeholders via Teams and email.

3. Data Management Quality Assurance:

  • Strategize and execute database clean-ups to improve data quality and match rates.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, suggesting external research when required.
  • Perform audits on transaction records, ensuring data accuracy against raw files and online sources.
  • Review and validate Quality Control (QC) reports for completeness.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date processing and quality control manuals for the team.

4. Process Improvement Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with managers to implement new technical projects and ensure smooth delivery of outgoing data.
  • Monitor incoming data accuracy and updates in internal systems like

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (Graduate).
  • 3-4 years of experience in

    data management

  • Proven experience in a

    leadership role

    , preferably managing campaign development or Inside Sales teams.
  • Strong

    analytical

    problem-solving

    skills with attention to detail.

    experience preferred.
