About the Role:

This is a critical role in expanding our market presence and ensuring client satisfaction across key accounts in the HORECA segment.


Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Sales Growth:

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts in the HoReCa segment, including premium hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, and catering services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement heads, chefs, and business owners.
  • Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention strategies.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire high-potential clients in the HoReCa space.
  • Execute customer acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and promotional activities for key accounts.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional and branding initiatives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Resolve client issues, handle objections, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and explore new opportunities.

Reporting & MIS:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales progress, and market intelligence.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience

    in B2B sales within the

    HORECA segment

    .
  • Strong network and understanding of the HORECA landscape in Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Comfortable with field visits and client meetings across assigned territory.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate

    in any discipline is mandatory (MBA preferred).
