Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our extensive facility portfolio around 500+ retail branches in India. This role will oversee operational execution, compliance, revenue generation and data analytics, while mentoring a team of operational supervisors and coordinators.

Operational Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for operations, driving standardized processes across PAN India retail branches.
  • Handle issues, escalations, and challenges while collaborating with site teams to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes for seamless operations, compliance, and adherence to contracts and regulations.
  • Monitor daily operations, manpower deployment, attendance, and performance, ensuring service delivery meets KPIs and client expectations.
  • Ensure 100% billing across all locations

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions.

Compliance & Audit Management:

  • Lead audit preparation and response, ensuring compliance with client standards and regulations, and maintaining audit readiness through regular reviews and corrective actions.

Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for value-added services (VAS) and drive revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and expand service offerings.

Financial Management:

  • Ensure timely invoicing, billing, and recovery from clients.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Travel Requirements:

Regular travel to branch locations across India (approximately 50-70% travel).

Education:

  • 10-12+ years in facilities/property management
  • Preferably in retail sector
  • PAN India exposure or multi-zone (2-3 zones) management experience

Skills:

  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Good customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to network with client team members, contractors, government authorities, statutory agencies
  • Team management
  • Decision Making abilities
