Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage key accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra,Zepto, Blink IT, Tata Cliq, and Quick commerce platforms.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective account management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or related field (accountancy, cataloguing, etc.).
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart's platform fees & policies.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
