Role Overview : As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our digital marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and optimize Meta and google ad campaigns to generate sales on our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving a minimum of 4x ROI for ad spend and maximizing results from the Meta ad algorithm. You will work closely with the creative team to craft compelling ad copies and campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop and implement data-driven Facebook/Meta and Instagram ad campaigns. 2. Optimize ad spend to achieve a minimum 4x ROI on sales. 3. Thoroughly understand and utilize key performance metrics (CPM, CTR, etc.) to monitor and improve campaigns. 4. Collaborate with the creative team to design ad creatives and copy that drive engagement and conversions. 5. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the highest level of performance. 6. Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Qualifications: 1. Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in performance marketing in running successful 2. Facebook/Meta and Instagram ad campaigns with a focus on e-commerce(Shopify). 3. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve a minimum of 4x ROI. 4. Proficiency in Meta ad algorithms and the ability to leverage them for optimal results. 5.
