Key Accounts Manager

Job Description As a Key Accounts Manager - Channel Partner at Livspace, your role will involve meeting Channel Partners (CP) daily to acquire Referral Customers from them. You will be responsible for account management in the designated zone by establishing a strong network of real estate brokers in the allocated area and fostering partnerships with them. Key Responsibilities - Regularly visit channel partners, both new and old, to build a strong influence over the network. - Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the support of your channel partners. - Maintain the highest level of lead quality, where a high-quality lead is defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner. - Coordinate to ensure appropriate action is taken on customer requests. - Foster engagement through trust, effective communication, and the company's service offerings. - Uphold the brand image of the company by adhering to the appropriate code of conduct. Job Requirement - Minimum requirement of a Graduation or Similar Qualification. - Mandatory 1 to 2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners. - Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business. - Excellent sales skills with the ability to connect with Channel Partners and End Customers effectively. - Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid license. - Proficiency in English and Hindi or the regional language. - Highly motivated individual with a target-driven mindset. - Flexibility with work timings/schedule and availability.,
