Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to handle the day-to-day operations and relationship management for some of our key clients.
This is an execution-heavy, customer-facing role where you will:
Own daily coordination between the client and internal teams
Ensure smooth first-mile, line-haul and last-mile operations (especially appointment-based deliveries)
Track issues/escalations and drive timely resolutions
Support billing, reconciliations and MIS for the account
Play a key role in client retention and growth by delivering reliable service and proactive communication

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in logistics / 3PL / courier / ecommerce operations / key account management / client servicing.
Experience in managing large or key clients and working on renewals / retention /relationship growth is strongly preferred.
Prior roles such as KAM / Client Servicing Executive / Customer Success /Operations Executive handling B2B accounts are relevant

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PG in Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing or similar is a plus, not mandatory)
