Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Account Management (Service Focus)

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key client accounts.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Understand customer needs and ensure delivery of agreed services as per SLAs.
Handle escalations, service issues, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct regular service reviews and customer satisfaction meetings.
In-depth knowledge about the customer

Customer Retention & Relationship Development

Proactively manage renewals to ensure high client retention rates.
Strengthen relationships by understanding client business strategies and future needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, recommending solutions that add value.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services within existing accounts.
Develop account growth plans aligned with customer goals and company revenue targets.
Support pricing discussions, contract renewals, and negotiations.
Achieve assigned revenue, retention, and growth targets.
