Job Title: Key Accounts Manager BNPL Hospitech Department: BNPL - Sales Job location: Pune Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to lead and manage strategic relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions. This role requires a strong understanding of hospital operations, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive business growth through tailored financial solutions. Core Responsibilities Relationship Management • Own and manage senior-level relationships with hospital leadership and corporate offices. • Serve as the single point of contact between Fibe and assigned hospital accounts. • Build trust and influence by understanding hospital needs, priorities, and constraints. Business Development & Strategy • Identify opportunities to embed Fibe’s financial solutions within hospital workflows. • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with key stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customized, high-impact solutions. Client Success & Delivery • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of Fibe solutions within hospital systems. • Track service delivery and resolve escalations promptly. • Capture and analyse feedback to enhance client satisfaction and retention. • Monitor account performance metrics and report key insights to internal leadership. Preferred Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, business development or sales. • Healthcare or hospital experience strongly preferred. • Proven track record in managing enterprise-level client relationships. • Deep understanding of hospital ecosystems and decision-making structures. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in understanding data and presentations.
