As a Senior Specialist in Product Development at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing customer onboarding procedures. Your responsibilities will include engaging with the Customer Implementation team to track all customer implementations and partnering with various teams such as Global Customer Care, Customer Technical Services, and Business Operations to build and monitor Product performance reports and dashboards. Your insights will drive ongoing Product enhancements and you will act as third-level support, handling customer escalations in partnership with Engineering teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be a key aspect of your role as you work towards delivering new market setups. You will also be responsible for supporting operational communications to stakeholders and monitoring and reviewing transaction processing and exceptions of merchants participating in the program. Additionally, creating and updating internal and external implementation documents and process flows will be part of your daily tasks. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in managing projects and processes across cross-functional teams. A high-level knowledge of APIs, databases, and platforms is required, along with a basic understanding of SQL to extract data from various sources. A good understanding of the BNPL and Installments business, including current players and market trends, is essential. Familiarity with Mastercard technology assets is preferred, and knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework program management (SAFe) is considered a benefit. Effective communication and storytelling skills, along with critical thinking and curiosity, are qualities that are highly valued in this role.
