Support launch of new initiatives / new products by building processes, training teams and liasoning with Key account (Uber) to ensure seamless launch Ensure mapping of new & existing accounts to supplier portal master, VBI Tagging, Chat support, Mapping to correct leasing/ Revenue share / EV Master Escalate Product related issues with Key account (Uber) - example Supplier portal giving incorrect data Train City Uber KAMs on how to raise Uber issues in the right manner and with the right people for swift resolution Create presentations for reviews with our key account
