This role is perfect for someone with D2C experience and hands-on expertise in marketplace ads and promotions . What youll do: Own and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Flipkart/Amazon to achieve sales and profitability targets. Manage Flipkart & Amazon Ads (PLA, display, promotions) to boost visibility and conversions. Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend actions for growth. Build strong relationships with Flipkart teams and negotiate pricing, margins, and promotional tie-ups. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) for seamless execution. Guide content/catalog teams to optimize listings, A+ content, and customer experience. Stay updated on platform policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace dynamics. Education and skills: Graduate in business/marketing (MBA preferred). Proven experience managing a Marketplace account with 50+ lakh/month sales . Hands-on experience with Ecomm Ads and promotions . Data-driven, excellent in Excel/dashboard tools. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination skills. High ownership, agility, and thrive in fast-paced D2C/e-commerce environments.

The Role: Demand Planner We are seeking a results-driven Demand Planner to own forecasting, inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply chain execution. This role demands a sharp eye for data, strong vendor coordination skills, and the ability to balance cost efficiency with high service levels. Key Responsibilities: Demand Forecasting & Planning: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Enhance forecasting accuracy to improve supply chain efficiency. Inventory Management: Optimize inventory strategies to reduce inventory days while ensuring NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) products are always available. Track category-wise stock-in-hand (products + packaging) and drive liquidation of slow-moving or clearance stock. Order & Supply Chain Execution: Manage end-to-end purchase order cycles, ensuring timely replenishment for ecommerce, quick commerce and other channels. Maintain 90%+ fill rates across platforms through efficient supply planning. Conduct MRP planning to maintain a healthy supply pipeline aligned with sales forecasts. Logistics & Cost Optimization: Implement cost-efficient logistics routes to reduce transportation expenses while improving distribution speed and reliability. Oversee order-to-cash cycles for major e-commerce platforms, ensuring on-time deliveries and adherence to KPIs. New Launches & Vendor Coordination: Lead supply planning for new customer launches, from purchase order creation to execution. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain seamless operations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles in a leading D2C company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/ERP/MRP systems. Proven track record of improving forecasting accuracy and reducing inventory costs.
