We at SuperBottoms are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive our marketplace business and e-commerce growth. This role is perfect for someone with D2C experience and hands-on expertise in marketplace ads and promotions . What youll do: Own and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Flipkart/Amazon to achieve sales and profitability targets. Manage Flipkart & Amazon Ads (PLA, display, promotions) to boost visibility and conversions. Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend actions for growth. Build strong relationships with Flipkart teams and negotiate pricing, margins, and promotional tie-ups. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) for seamless execution. Guide content/catalog teams to optimize listings, A+ content, and customer experience. Stay updated on platform policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace dynamics. Education and skills: Graduate in business/marketing (MBA preferred). Proven experience managing a Marketplace account with 50+ lakh/month sales . Hands-on experience with Ecomm Ads and promotions . Data-driven, excellent in Excel/dashboard tools. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination skills. High ownership, agility, and thrive in fast-paced D2C/e-commerce environments.
