Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for identifying sales and Business Development of IT & Communication solutions and related technologies (Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless, Telephony and Video Conference solutions.

2. Suspecting, prospecting for new account creation and sales closure to achieve assigned sales targets.

3. Account Management- Independently map accounts and build relationships across the key stakeholders (IT, purchase, Finance) in the account.

4. Sales planning, reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development)

5. Achieving key business parameters (revenues and gross margins) and payment collection.

6. Targeted market segments Medium & Large Enterprises, Govt & Defense, Infrastructure

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

8. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our networking products and services.

9. Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet client requirements and achieve sales targets.

10. Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose appropriate networking solutions. 11. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

12. Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

13. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.

14. Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Skills Required

• Working knowledge on IT Networking & Communication solutions preferably Cisco, HPE, Extreme, Ruckus. • Proven track record in sales & business development with large and medium organizations • Solution selling skills with experience in selling complex IT solutions. • Knowledge of commercial processes and bid preparations • Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills Other Attributes: • Excellent team worker who will ensure organizational and teams success. • Dedicated and committed attitude towards achieving goals. • Disciplined, punctual and well mannered. • Proficient in Excel/Word/Power Point.
