   Winvesta is a rapidly growing fintech company on a mission to make cross-border payments and investment hassle-free and affordable for Indians. Were looking for an experienced Sales Lead to join our ranks!.   
   In this role, you will spearhead our sales efforts, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve company objectives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities.  
   The ideal candidate should build a strong customer relationship,and lead a team of sales professionals to success. Candidate s expertise and leadership will be crucial in driving the companys growth and solidifying the company s position in the fintech industry.  
  
 
  
Responsibilities:
   -   Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals  
  -  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. 
  -  Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our customer base. 
  -  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 
  -   Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals  
  -  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs and company goals. 
  -  Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. 
  -   Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints  
  -   Stay updated on industry trends and best practices  
  -  Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. 
  -  Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team. 
  
  
 
  
Requirements
   -  Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  -  3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the fintech industry. 
  -  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. 
  -  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  -  Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. 
  -  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  -  Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  -  Ability to travel as needed. 
  
  
 
  
Preferred Qualifications:
   -  Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field. 
  -  Extensive network within the fintech industry. 
  -  Experience with digital payment systems, blockchain technology, or financial software.
