Role Overview

The Marketing Programs Specialist will lead the planning and execution of high-impact field and virtualmarketing programs that drive brand visibility, qualified leads, and pipeline contribution. This role acts as astrategic link between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Acquisition by converting events and programs intomeasurable business outcomes.Frequent travel to the US is required for major field programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing programs including large expos, mid-sized events, industryconferences, partner events, and virtual webinars.
  • Own the quarterly and annual events calendar aligned with revenue priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end event budgets, vendor coordination, logistics, sponsorships, and boothexecution.
  • Oversee post-event lead capture, CRM sync, and lead handoff to the Customer Acquisition Team.
  • Track program-level ROI including leads, meetings booked, pipeline created, and revenuecontribution.
  • Build repeatable field-marketing playbooks for different event types.
  • Support customer-focused initiatives such as user groups, roadshows, executive dinners, andpartner programs.
