Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Key Account Manager

to manage and grow a portfolio of key clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will build strong, long-lasting relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and revenue growth. This is a

US shift role

(6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients.
Gain deep understanding of client needs and business objectives.
Propose and deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and generate new sales.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Prepare regular progress reports and sales forecasts using account metrics.

Requirements Key Account Manager US Market | Telamon HR Solutions

Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
Strong track record in solution-based selling and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and organisational skills.
UG/PG degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Ability to work US shifts.
