Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager I at our company, your role will involve owning the relationship and success of restaurant partners. You will be responsible for various aspects related to business growth, RHI metrics, expansion, marketing, and merchandising. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and providing them with advice on market-related issues, offering solutions to improve the partner's overall P&L - Focusing on creating and executing Quarterly and Annual Joint Business Plans - Increasing share of wallet spends disproportionately - Managing the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships - Staying informed about the competitive landscape to position partners effectively in the ecosystem - Creating marketing campaigns to enhance visibility of partners and the company.
