Key Account Manager – School Partnerships– North & West India Sprouts Edu Tours is expanding! As a leading school travel company that has worked with 80+ institutions across India and taken 20,000+ students on transformative journeys, we are now looking to build deeper partnerships across North and West India . We’re looking for a relationship-first leader with strong connections in the K–12 school ecosystem —someone who understands school dynamics and can open doors at the founder/principal level. What We’re Looking For: Well-networked in the education space , especially with schools in North and West India. Prior experience in K–12 education , EdTech, school services, curriculum providers, or similar. Proven ability to initiate and nurture school relationships —especially at the school owner, director, or senior leadership level. Comfortable with school outreach, regional travel, and education events. A natural communicator who believes in experiential learning and values trust-driven engagement. What You’ll Do: Drive school partnerships across key cities through relationship-building, referrals, and direct connects. Represent Sprouts Edu Tours at events, school visits, and strategy meetings. Collaborate with the founder and internal teams to tailor travel programs for schools. Bring on board new schools through meaningful, long-term relationships—not hard-selling. Why Join Us?
