Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale multiple e-commerce channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and Q-commerce platforms.
• Own and drive the P&L for e-commerce marketplaces, covering secondary offtakes, primary sales, promotions, marketing visibility, and operational excellence.
• Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key marketplace partners.
• Lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and negotiate commercial terms to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Identify, plan, and execute strategic growth levers across channels to maximize revenue and market share.
• Ensure catalog health, including product listings, pricing accuracy, content quality, and inventory hygiene.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to deliver seamless execution and business results.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in managing e-commerce for D2C or FMCG brands, and/or category management with leading online marketplaces.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving margins, and managing key
• partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.
