Key Responsibilities Lead Reservations & Ops: Own end-to-end execution for domestic & international school groups—from enquiry handover to trip closure. Hotel Reservations: Negotiate rates & contracts, manage rooming lists, inventory, meal plans, and special requests; ensure on-time vouchers. Airline & Transport: Plan group fares/blocks, reissues/date changes, baggage rules; coordinate coaches, local transport, and airport assistance. DMC & Vendor Management: Maintain a strong network of DMCs, hotels, transporters; drive SLAs, rate parity, pickups/releases, and reconciliations. Itinerary Feasibility & QC: Do time–distance checks, slot/stagger planning, safety reviews, and operational risk assessments for each day’s plan. Crisis & Contingency: Activate alternates for weather/closures, manage escalations, medical first-aid coordination, and incident documentation.
