What You’ll Do

Graphic Design (Primary – 80%)

• Create high-quality creatives for

  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

  , brochures, posters, ads, school emailers, reflection books, badges, itineraries, and campaign assets.
• Design clean, engaging layouts aligned with the Sprouts brand.
• Prepare creatives for both

  digital & print

  formats.
• Design and edit

  short-form video reels

  (basic cuts, text overlays, transitions — no heavy video editing required).
• Work with our internal video team to create synergy across campaigns.

Marketing Execution (Secondary – 20%)

• Schedule & manage

  Instagram and Facebook ads

  (Meta Business Suite).
• Design and send email campaigns via

  MailChimp

  (or similar tools).
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars together with the brand team.
• Upload and schedule reels, posts, and stories across channels.
• Ensure all communication materials for schools (emailers, event creatives, pdfs) go out on time.
• Coordinate with in-house teams to collect assets and maintain brand consistency.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience

  in graphic design or social media marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Canva

  , Adobe Suite (added advantage), MailChimp, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing tools.
• Someone who is

  self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership

  .
• A designer with a good eye for clean layouts, typography, and travel/aesthetic visuals.
• Experience designing for

  travel, hospitality, or education

  is a strong plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and collaborate with the internal team smoothly.
