Role Overview

You will be the backbone of our travel operations — ensuring every itinerary, flight, hotel, and ground arrangement is seamless and well-coordinated. This role involves working closely with our internal team, global vendors, and destination partners to design and execute exceptional travel experiences for schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate

  flight, hotel, and transportation bookings

  efficiently.
• Liaise with

  vendors, DMCs, and hotels

  to negotiate the best prices.
• Set up and refine

  itineraries

  with local partners across destinations.
• Prepare

  quotation sheets and cost comparisons

  .
• Maintain reservation records and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
• Support the operations team with day-to-day logistics planning.

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate or student pursuing

  IATA / Travel & Tourism

  courses.
• Background in

  travel agencies, tour operations, or reservations

  preferred.
• Strong understanding of

  flight systems, hotel bookings, and travel coordination

  .
• Excellent communication and vendor-handling skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Freshers from a travel background are welcome!
