Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing business plans, providing top-tier customer service, and analyzing account performance. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing account reports, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Account Management experience
• Experince must be 3-4 year in relevent industry.
• Proficiency in Business Planning and executing strategies
• Exceptional Customer Service and Key Accounts management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering ,Science & Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the life sciences or analytical instrumentation industry is a plus point.
