Job Description

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager at Reliance Jio, your primary responsibility will be to acquire customers and achieve the targets set for the allocated accounts. You will play a crucial role in generating new sales, fostering long-lasting relationships, and expanding relationships with existing customers. Collaboration with the Solutioning team to provide products and services, maintaining customer complaint resolution, and ensuring the end-to-end sales cycle will be key aspects of your role. Your experience in Cloud and SaaS sales will be valuable in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire Enterprise customers by understanding their key needs and requirements - Generate new sales and cultivate lasting relationships - Propose solutions to meet customer objectives - Collaborate with the Solutioning team for timely product and service delivery - Maintain hygiene and control customer complaints resolution - Follow internal processes for the sales cycle and meet account metrics - Create customer profiles for each assigned account - Build and nurture account-focused relationships - Utilize negotiation, analytical, communication, dealing with ambiguity, and leadership skills effectively Qualifications Required: - 7-12 years of experience with at least 5 years in corporate sales or account management - Education: Any Graduation (MBA preferred) Please note: Interested candidates can share their resumes at vini.joshi@ril.com.,
