Job Description:

Position: Key Account Manager

Location: Pune, India

Industry: Engine / Powertrain / Industrial Engines

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 15 years in Sales & Marketing in the Engine / Engine Components / Industrial Engines domain.

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Mandatory

MBA Preferred

Must have handled business revenue of 30-50 Cr or more.

Willingness to travel within India and abroad as required.

Must have a valid Passport and Driving License.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage key accounts across domestic and export markets.

Exposure to Pre-sales (enquiry generation, order management, sales forecast), Sales (B2B/B2C/Channel/Distributor), and After-sales support.

Coordinate with internal teams – Engineering, R&D, Quality, Order Management, Sales & Service.

Handle techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.

Drive growth through dealer/distributor development, especially in export regions.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills required.

Preferred Background:

Professionals from companies like TMTL, Mahindra, Tata Motors, Cummins, KOEL, Honda, Kohler, Ashok Leyland will be preferred.
