Key Account Manager - SAAS Sales

QualityKiosk is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee Capital Market / Securities or broking clients in the role of Business Development Manager - Capital Markets. Reporting to the Head KAM, you will be responsible for managing relationships with innovative and valuable banks in the India region, aiming to increase revenues significantly over the next 2 years. As a Digital Sales Leader, you will play a vital role in enhancing client experience, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include setting and achieving long- and short-term goals, supervising account personnel, and overseeing revenue, GP & OM. You will also be the primary contact for portfolio clients, representing the company and ensuring client retention and growth. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate account managers and stakeholders effectively. You will be required to build trust and long-term relationships with clients, act as a consultant or partner, and drive strategic initiatives within the account team. Your role will involve presenting trends and reports to senior leadership, estimating costs and budgets, and motivating team members to exceed goals. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business or related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in an Account Director/Lead/Head role and a total of 10-14 years in Account Management. Strong knowledge of clientele, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders are essential for this position. Additionally, outstanding organizational and leadership skills, as well as a collaborative mindset, will be crucial in driving results and maintaining customer relationships.
