Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month. + Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive female Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, handle inbound/outbound sales, and ensure client satisfaction. You will serve as the key point of contact between clients and the internal team, playing a vital role in onboarding and nurturing business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery as per client expectations
• Manage client queries, follow-ups, and regular updates
• Handle B2B sales, up-selling, and cross-selling of digital marketing services
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve escalations professionally
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales pipeline
• Generate reports and present performance insights to clients

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only (as per company policy)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Confident personality with a client-first mindset
• Experience in client handling, business development, or digital agency work preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing services will be a plus
