The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Modern Trade (MT):
• Drive business development and growth in key modern trade accounts (e.g., Reliance Retail, D-Mart, Metro, etc.)
• Negotiate annual contracts, margins, and listing fees.
• Manage distributor relationships and ensure fill rates & stock availability.
• Coordinate with internal supply chain & operations to ensure timely delivery and stock health.
• Execute in-store activations, visibility, and sampling initiatives.
• Monitor planogram adherence and ensure visibility KPIs are met.
• Manage relationships with key e-commerce players (e.g., Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart,
etc)
• Drive performance through merchandising, promotions, content optimization, and ratings/reviews.
• Track and analyse category performance, consumer behaviour, and digital trends.
• Ensure pricing hygiene and coordinate with platform account managers for promotions & campaigns.
