Job Description

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage key customer accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and drive growth within existing customer accounts. You will serve as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met by the company. Your role will involve end-to-end customer program management, from converting enquiries to cost proposals and contracts to managing order fulfilment and maintaining regular communication with customers regarding timelines, costs, HSE, quality, and delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive business plans for each key account - Create a customer relationship management strategy for all key accounts - Lead the customer account planning cycle to meet customers" needs and expectations - Build Market Intelligence based on customer interactions - Keep abreast of the latest market developments and share potential opportunities with other Key Account Managers - Attend industry events and interact with external agencies to enhance PIs brand - Manage business discussions and relationships with existing customers - Conduct internal and external analysis on customers" businesses - Maintain a database of clients" business, product portfolio, and requirements - Effectively communicate with clients and address complex queries related to contract obligations - Facilitate meetings between client decision-makers and company leaders - Participate in Customer Visits to showcase PIs infrastructure and capabilities - Act as the single point of contact for end-to-end program management with customers - Collaborate with internal departments to address specific issues faced by key accounts - Take P&L accountability for key accounts, develop forecasts and sales plans, and provide performance reports Qualification Required: - Master of Business Management (MBA) from a Tier 1 institution (e.g., IIMs/ISB/XLRI/FMS) - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical - 10-12 years of experience in end-to-end program management and customer account management (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
