Key Responsibilities are : Lead Generation and Market Visits: Planning and executing market visits to identify potential customers and generate leads for EDC machines and other payment solutions.  Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with merchants, understanding their payment needs, and providing tailored solutions. Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales conversions and retain clients. Enabling Digital Payments: Onboarding new retailers and educating them on the benefits of digital payments and the complete acceptance process. Product Demonstration and Deployment: Visiting client locations, demonstrating the functionalities of EDC machines, and ensuring proper deployment and usage.
